PMJ expands team with the appointment of Kieran Holmes

We are pleased to announce that we have expanded the team with the appointment of Keiran Holmes as Relationship Manager.  This is following an unprecedented growth over the past two years, as we also announce the milestone of achieving  £150 million in lending.

Keiran has over eight years’ experience in property finance having worked for Together and Hope Capital, he joins the team at our head office in Bolton.

PMJ Capital was established in 2015, the company provides development finance and refurbishment loans on a wide range of residential, semi commercial and commercial properties primarily in the North West.

Keiran adds: “I knew many of the team at PMJ from my time at Together. They were incredibly passionate about the PMJ offering and impact the company is making.

“As PMJ lends its own money the reduced burden of red tape and being able to work so closely with developers was an exciting opportunity to make a real difference to the SME property market in the North West.”
