    Types of Refurbishment Loans Available

    In many cases, traditional mortgage lenders require properties to be in good condition before lending. Our refurbishment loans allow property developers to finance a property that requires significant work, whether it be a simple modernisation, reconfiguration, extension or conversion. Add value for reconfiguring a room or renovations and extensions or HMO conversions.

    The project may require just small improvements or cosmetic works to an existing structure but could also include a new bathroom and kitchen.
