Mike has a long and very successful career in building and growing companies, particularly in the retail and hotel sectors. Outside of PMJ, Mike has a number of interests and brings his wealth of business experience to PMJ Capital.
Dave is a highly experienced property finance professional, having worked in the industry forever 35 years. With a strong network of contacts across funders and within the professional community, he leads the PMJ team.
Lee has worked in the financial services sector for over 30 years, starting out at NatWest, and for the last 15 years in property finance where he has specialised in development and short-term bridging finance.
Stuart has over 20 years’ experience as a chartered accountant specialising in the property and construction sector, Stuart has unrivalled knowledge of the industry, working with some of the region’s most exciting and fast-growing property and construction businesses.
Damian heads the investment side of PMJ, helping high net worth investors achieve returns through short term private credit real estate investments.
Ben qualified and worked as a solicitor for several years in Manchester and London before joining PMJ Capital in 2015. He has brought his legal expertise to the direction and growth of PMJ Capital, but he also understands the needs of its clients through both his own forays into development and the management of a residential and commercial property portfolio.
Keiran joined us in 2023 with over eight years experience in property finance having worked for Together and Hope Capital, Keiran supports our established client base of loyal developers and property professionals.
Anita has worked as an Executive PA for 16 years in various industry sectors, having spent eight years in management roles in hotels. She has extensive experience in secretarial, communications, project management and events management. Anita joined the PMJ Capital team in January 2019 as PA to the Board of Directors.
Claire has over 18 years’ experience in marketing and PR, specifically in the property industry, having held positions as Head of Marketing at a national house builder and Head of Communications at leading property developer Muse. Claire joined PMJ as a consultant in 2020 and works with the team in promoting PMJ’s services.
Elise has worked in financial services for over five years including a number of years at Together. Elise works with our team of directors, providing lending support to our growing list of clients and brokers.
Jackie is PMJ’s Finance Manager. With many years spent in the finance industry, she brings a wealth of experience to PMJ.
