PMJ and Bearmont Capital – a day centre for Sense charity

Here we meet longstanding client Rob Lloyd from Bearmont Capital.  PMJ has supported Rob and his business on a range of funding opportunities from retail to care and everything in between.

This particular project we are particularly proud of.  The building was a previous hospital ward building which has been converted into a day centre for Sense charity.

PMJ supposed the scheme because, fundamentally it is a commercially viable project with a strong end user, which makes it an attractive investment. Knowing the impact that this particular project will have, has made it even more rewarding. Watch the full story below 👇🏼
