PMJ Capital was established in 2015 to provide a ‘hands on’ approach to property finance, we felt that there was a gap in the market for a short-term lender who could add real value and support the North West region’s SME developers and entrepreneurs.

Since our launch, we’ve supported a wide range of property developers and professionals with over £200 million of bespoke property funding, which has been used to refurbish buildings, build much needed new homes, create jobs, regenerate communities and generate economic growth.
